Deposit, Cancellation, etc.

Because of limited availability, I may request a deposit to hold your booking. Please pay careful attention to the following conditions:
  1. REFUND: Your deposit will be refunded ONLY if
    • You cancel or reschedule for any reason MORE THAN 48 hours before our scheduled appointment,
    • OR You cancel or reschedule anytime before our scheduled appointment due to potential symptoms or exposures to cold, flu, RSV, Covid, STIs, or other contagious diseases. Please provide as much notice as possible (as I will do for you), and thank you for keeping us safe.
    • OR I cancel at any time
    • OR You’ve complied with & request refund per my satisfaction guarantee.
  2. FORFEIT: You forfeit your deposit if you no-show or cancel or reschedule outside of the above conditions.
  3. I may cancel/reschedule for any reason*, but rest assured that if we are within 24 hours of your appointment I will only do so for emergencies.
  4. I haven’t had to so far, but I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time. If I do so, your deposit will be refunded. I respect your right to do the same. Read my satisfaction guarantee.
  5. If you have any concerns or needs regarding this agreement please clarify directly with me in conversation so we can come to a mutually suitable arrangement.
*VIP regulars get priority scheduling, extended sessions & availability, bonus boner time, & other benefits. I may cancel your appointment with 24+ hours notice for more competitive offers – unless you are a VIP regular, OR you have booked an overnight appointment, OR your appointment starts in less than 24 hours, OR if we make a previously agreed amendment to our cancellation agreement.
